Exchanges are accepted for same value. At this time we cannot accept cash refunds due to the time, labor and costs to make one item.
A strict 14 day exchange request will be honored if sizing is the issue. *please allow 3 weeks for exchange as every item is individually cast, and finished by hand

Sterling silver tarnishes naturally over time. Between the air, our products and just day to day wear oil and dirt build up. To remove tarnish or discoloration a simple rub with a sterling silver shining cloth, available here or amazon
Damage such as scratches or dents are natural. Sterling silver is a softer metal and naturaly with time will accumulate dents or scratches. i love to embrace them!
